For Resellers

1. If you want to resell, purchase a panel to manage your own clients.
2. You are fully responsible for your clients' problems and support.
3. Resellers cannot sell subscriptions longer than 1 month.
4. Any reseller offering yearly / lifetime / longer-than-monthly subscriptions is a scammer — such subscriptions are NOT legal on our system.
5. Report any reseller offering longer-than-monthly subscriptions to help protect others.

For Clients

1. Contact your reseller if you face any issue — they must help you.
2. Trump SEO Tools is not responsible for disputes with resellers.
3. Always pay your reseller for a 1-month subscription only.
4. If a reseller asks you to auto-renew or pay upfront for a year or longer — that reseller is a scammer.
5. For any subscription longer than 1 month, the client bears full responsibility. Always ask your reseller before buying.
6. If you have paid the reseller, contact the reseller directly for help.
7. Only pay for a 1-month plan. Take a 1-month subscription only.

1. Advance Payment Policy

1. Full payment is required in advance for every order.
2. No processing or delivery starts without payment confirmation.
3. All prices are final unless stated otherwise.
4. Non-Delivery Guarantee — if your order is not delivered and no solution is provided within 48 hours of receiving payment, you receive a 100% full refund. No excuses, no delays.
5. Once payment is received, your order enters the fulfilment queue and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.
6. Please verify your selected product before making payment.

2. Order Finality Policy

Customer must choose the plan carefully before payment. After payment for a selected plan, your order becomes final:

1. No cancellation.
2. No upgrade / downgrade.
3. No wallet adjustment.
4. No change of registered email after delivery.
5. No product exchange.
6. You are responsible for selecting the correct product, duration and plan before payment.

3. Delivery Policy

1. Standard delivery time: 12–24 hours after payment.
2. Delivery methods: WhatsApp / Email / provided contact.
3. All products are digital only — no physical shipping.
4. No refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.
5. Delivery begins after payment verification.
6. Delivery may be delayed during heavy traffic or when manual verification is required.
7. 100% Non-Delivery Guarantee — full refund if we fail to deliver within the stated delivery window due to our fault.

4. Credit-Based Subscription Policy

Warranty is valid until either credits finish OR warranty days expire — whichever comes first.

Warranty Days: 25 Days · Rule: Both duration and credits count.

1. Credits used but days remaining → warranty ends.
2. Half credits used, warranty days also remaining → warranty can be claimed.
3. Credits left but warranty days completed → warranty ends.

6. Private Tool Warranty Policy

What we provide: a working private tool, correct login credentials, and proper access at delivery.

1. Warranty duration: 25-day limited warranty for private tools.
2. If the issue is from our side we provide a replacement OR refund OR alternative resolution within 24–48 hours.
3. Warranty becomes VOID if rules are ignored, credentials shared, unauthorised logins occur, VPN / automation misuse happens, the account is misused in any way, or the account is not secured after being handed over.
4. Once misuse occurs, our responsibility ends immediately.

7. Shared / Extension Tools Policy

Shared or extension tools may include usage limits, feature restrictions and performance variations. These are not defects.

1. The customer must confirm the plan type before purchase.
2. No refund for shared-tool limitations discovered after buying.

8. Account Ban Policy

No refund or replacement if a ban occurs due to:

1. Multiple logins, VPN or proxy misuse, automation tools.
2. Sharing credentials or suspicious activity.
3. Server issues or original company policy changes.
4. Spam, automation, policy violation, illegal activity.
5. Chargebacks, provider suspension.

9. Fair Usage Policy

Warranty void (no refund or replacement) if you engage in:

1. Selling accounts or public posting automation.
2. Sharing accounts, bot usage, API abuse.
3. Bulk rendering, commercial misuse, multiple simultaneous users.

10. Support Policy

We help you with: login assistance, delivery assistance, replacement processing, basic setup guidance, software tutorials, and AI training.

• Support Hours: 11 AM – 11 PM (PST)
• Response Time: 20 – 30 mint
• Technical Resolution: 12–24 hours

11. Customer Cooperation

1. Read product details before purchase.
2. Follow usage instructions carefully.
3. Provide clear proof when reporting issues.
4. Report issues immediately — mutual cooperation = fast & premium service.

12. Proof Requirement for Claims

1. Screenshot or video proof is mandatory for any refund or replacement request.
2. Must be provided within the warranty period.
3. No visual proof = claim rejected automatically.

13. Refund & Replacement Policy

You are eligible when:

1. A technical issue is verified by our team.
2. Screenshot / screen recording is provided.
3. The tool was used according to instructions.
4. The issue is from our side (e.g. login credentials issue).
5. The product is not the same as what you ordered.
6. A private account is not working as officially expected.
7. You made a duplicate payment or the product is unavailable.

You are NOT eligible when: you no longer need the product, the complaint is unclear, device / browser / VPN causes the issue, instructions are ignored, misuse occurred, shared-tool limits, you purchased the wrong plan, or the ban is due to user activity.

14. Final Decision Authority

All disputes are reviewed by our technical team. Decisions are based on the provided proof and these terms. Trump SEO Tools decision is final and ensures fair handling for all customers.

15. Model & Pricing Changes

Providers may change credits, plans, features, models, limits and pricing without prior notice. These provider-side changes do NOT qualify for refund or replacement.

16. Future Updates

Trump SEO Tools may update these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the updated policies before every purchase.
